All videos will be processed according to Eastern Standard Time Zone. If received within normal business hours (Tuesday thru Friday 12-8pm; Saturday 12pm-6pm), you will receive an email link to your feedback within 2 business days. If you added Rush Delivery, you will receive an email link to your video feedback within 1 business day. 

 

If a regular submission is received on the weekend, you will receive feedback by 12pm on Thursday; if a rush delivery submission is received on the weekend, you will receive your feedback by 12pm on Wednesday.
